Dr. Abeer Sultan Al Naqbi is a Family Medicine Consultant and Acting Public Health Director at SEHA Clinics, Abu Dhabi. She holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Innovation in Healthcare and leads School Health and population-based screening programs across the emirate. Dr. Al Naqbi is actively involved in advancing school health screening initiatives, early detection efforts, and integrated care pathways for children. Her work also encompasses disease prevention and preventive screening programs at a population level. She is a Core Faculty Member in the Family Medicine Residency Program, with a focus on preventive care, child health, and health system innovation. 

Dr. Adel Al Ameri is a general dentist with over 10 years of clinical experience across the UAE, currently practicing at Golden Barada Medical Center, Al Ain. He previously worked as a dentist and clinical instructor at SEHA – Al Ain Dental Center, where he was involved in training and supervising dental interns. His clinical work focuses on comprehensive dentistry with a particular interest in restorative and esthetic treatments, including veneers, crowns, and smile design. In addition to his clinical role, Dr. Adel contributes to health program and policy development at the Ministry of Education, supporting the integration of evidence-based practices into structured health frameworks. 

Dr. Ahmad Nizam is an American Board-certified neurologist with expertise in epilepsy, clinical neurophysiology, and multiple sclerosis. He completed his Neurology Residency and Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship in the U.S. and has over a decade of experience in academic and clinical roles, including serving as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Arizona. Dr. Nizam specializes in advanced diagnostics such as EEG and EMG, as well as therapeutic interventions like botulinum toxin injections for chronic migraine, spasticity, and cervical dystonia. He has authored multiple peer-reviewed articles and participated in international neurology conferences and clinical trials.

Dr. Ahmed Alsaadi is a Consultant in Cornea and Refractive Surgery. He graduated with Distinction from UAE University and completed postgraduate training with the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada, receiving the First Clinician Prize at McGill. He pursued a fellowship in Cornea and Anterior Segment at the University of Montreal. He serves as Associate Professor at UAE University and Academic Advisor to the MBRU Ophthalmology Residency Program. Dr. Alsaadi has published widely in peer-reviewed journals and is an active international speaker. He holds an Executive Master’s in Healthcare Administration and has served in senior leadership roles including CMO and CEO. 

Dr Amer Azaz attended the Faculty of Medicine of Tripoli University of Libya for his undergraduate medical training. He obtained his MBChB with honour in 1986 and in 1990 he was awarded DCH from the same university.

After granting his membership with the Royal College of physicians and then that of Paediatrics and child health, Dr Azaz had his higher professional training in paediatric gastroenterology hepatology and nutrition in the university hospitals of Manchester and London upon which he was awarded the Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training in paediatric gastroenterology in 1991. He then worked as a consultant paediatric gastroenterologist in Hull, East Yorkshire for more than 15 years. There he was also appointed as a Senior Lecturer with Hull and York Medical School where he was awarded the medical school Tutor of the year for 2011.

Along with teaching, Dr Azaz is also interested in postgraduate medical training for which he was the Training Program Director for the East Yorkshire School of Paediatrics and Co-founder of the Yorkshire School of Paediatrics, Yorkshire and the Humber Deanery for 7 years. Prior to that, he was the local Royal College Representative for 3 years.

In the field of peadiatric gastroenterology, Dr Azaz particular interest is in childhood inflammatory bowel disease, Fecal Microbiota Transplantation, constipation and functional gastrointestinal disorders. He has published research papers in this field and has been an invited speaker to major national and international conferences.

Currently, Dr Azaz practice as a consultant Paediatric gastroenterologist at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Dr. Anas Youssef is a board-certified dermatologist with more than 14 years of clinical and procedural experience in medical, cosmetic, and regenerative dermatology. He is currently practicing in Abu Dhabi, UAE, where he was honored to lead the Aesthetic and Regenerative Dermatology service line at SEHA Clinics. His work focuses on evidence-based aesthetic dermatology, energy-based devices, injectables, laser procedures, and skin rejuvenation. Dr. Youssef is also actively involved in physician training and clinical education. He is a Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada exam candidate through the Practice Eligibility Route (PER) and previously held special registration in Prince Edward Island, Canada. 

Dr. Ashraf Shraideh began his pediatric dentistry journey in 2011, completing a three-year master’s and residency program at the University of Jordan, earning both his Master’s degree and Jordanian Board certification by 2015. He practiced in Jordan until 2019 before relocating to Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Since then, he has worked full-time at Dermazone and Laser Cosmetics Center, while performing pediatric dental procedures under general anesthesia at Mediclinic-Alain Hospital. Passionate about children’s oral health, he focuses on delivering compassionate care and beautiful smiles and educating families to promote oral health habits for their children. 

Dr. Bushra is a Family Medicine Consultant and Medical Affairs Manager with extensive clinical, educational, and leadership experience. She holds Arab Board, Jordanian Board, and MRCGP certifications in Family Medicine. She completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical and Health Education from the University of Manchester and is ECFMG certified, including completion of the USMLE. She also holds a Master of Strategic Leadership with distinction and honors. Dr. Bushra is certified by the American Board of Medical Quality, holds Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) certification, has publications, and actively contributes to community initiatives and public health awareness) 

Didier Chalhoub, MD, PhD, MPH, is a healthcare data leader with 13+ years of experience in the US, leading global teams of data scientists, actuaries, and BI professionals. He has delivered cost-effective data and analytics solutions across government, healthcare, academia, and industry. His expertise spans high-performance pipelines, advanced analytics, dashboards, and AI-driven insights, generating strong ROI. He currently leads BI and reporting for provider entities across the PureHealth Group and previously led a grant-funded initiative supporting 250+ NYC primary care practices to improve hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia outcomes. 

Dr. Farida Almarzooqi is an Assistant Professor and Consultant in Clinical Immunology and Allergy at the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, United Arab Emirates University. She earned her medical degree from UAE University and completed her Internal Medicine training at Tawam Hospital in the UAE and the University of British Columbia in Canada, followed by a fellowship in Immunology and Allergy at McGill University in Canada. Her research focuses on the molecular and genetic basis of primary immunodeficiency and allergic diseases, contributing to the advancement of precision medicine. 

Dr. Hossam Eldin Abdel Moteleb, MD, is an ENT (Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery) specialist with extensive clinical and academic experience across Egypt, the United States, and the UAE.

He trained and worked at Cairo University Hospital and Cairo University School of Medicine from 1992 to 2003, progressing from House Officer to Lecturer in Otolaryngology. He also completed a Laryngology Research Fellowship at Vanderbilt University, USA (1999–2001), focusing on advanced head & neck surgery research.

In the UAE, he served as ENT Specialist at Zayed Military Hospital, Al Ain (2003–2010), followed by Abu Dhabi Police Medical Services (2010–2018). Since 2018, he has been working with SEHA Clinics / Abu Dhabi Health Services as an ENT Specialist.

Dr. Huda Alghefli is a highly qualified Consultant in Pediatric Gastroenterology with extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of gastrointestinal and liver conditions in children. She completed a Clinical Fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition at McMaster Children’s Hospital in Canada and holds an MSc in Leadership and Innovation in Healthcare from RCSI Dubai. She is certified by the Pediatric Arab Board and has advanced expertise in performing upper and lower gastrointestinal endoscopies. She is also a certified instructor in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and is recognized for her leadership in patient safety and healthcare innovation. With a career spanning more than a decade, Dr. Alghefli is committed to delivering exceptional care and advancing pediatric gastroenterology services. 

Dr. Ibrahim Saddig is a senior paediatrician and the Paediatric Chair at SEHA Clinics, with extensive UK training and over 30 years of clinical experience in the UK and UAE. His professional interests include paediatric allergy and child development. 

Dr. Iffat Elbarazi is an Associate Professor and Director of the Health Education Research Unit at 
UAE University. With over 25 years of international experience, she specializes in qualitative 
research, health promotion, and patient-centered care. She has authored over 100 publications 
and is ranked among the top 2% of globally cited scientists. Her work focuses on health 
behaviors, mental health, women’s health, and health literacy. Dr. Elbarazi actively leads 
research projects, secures funding, and mentors students across all levels. She is a UNESCO 
Chair representative and a Fellow of the UK Faculty of Public Health, contributing to global 
health initiatives.

Dr. Jamal Alamiri, MD, is a Staff Consultant Urologist at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s Integrated Surgical Institute, specializing in minimally invasive and robotic urologic surgery. He previously served as a Staff Urologist at Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, where he was involved in complex patient care, clinical research, and clinical trials. Dr. Alamiri completed his residency and fellowship training at Mayo Clinic in endourology and robotic surgery. He is the first Emirati American Board–Certified Urologist. His academic work includes multiple peer-reviewed publications and international presentations. His clinical interests include minimally invasive management of benign urologic conditions and uro-oncology. 

Dr. James Wilcox is a dual certified Family and Sports Medicine consultant, and Assistant Professor, at UAE University with extensive expertise in point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS). He leads the POCUS curriculum development across undergraduate medical education and has extensive experience integrating ultrasound into primary care to enhance diagnostic efficiency and patient access. His clinical and academic work focuses on musculoskeletal ultrasound, medical education innovation, and health systems improvement. Dr. James has secured substantial research funding and published widely on POCUS applications, establishing himself as a leader in advancing ultrasound within family medicine and primary care. 

Dr. Khuloud Hasan Alnuaimi is an Emergency Medicine Specialist in Al Ain, UAE, with a special interest in trauma, resuscitation, and acute critical care. She is an instructor in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and the European Trauma Course (ETC), and is actively involved in emergency medicine education and simulation-based training. She has contributed to academic activities, including case report publications and conference presentations. Dr. Alnuaimi is passionate about advancing evidence-based practice and improving patient outcomes. She aspires to pursue a trauma fellowship and a master’s degree in medical education. 

Professor Moamar Al-Jefout is a distinguished Professor and Consultant in Reproductive Medicine and Endoscopic Surgery at the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, United Arab Emirates University (UAEU). He also serves as an Honorary Professor at Krasnoyarsk State Medical University and Kemerovo State Medical University in Russia, and as a Visiting Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Kanad Hospital, UAE.

Professor Al-Jefout has held several prominent leadership roles, including Past President of the Asian Society of Endometriosis and Adenomyosis (ASEA) and Head of the Jordan Endometriosis and Adenomyosis Group. He has also served as Director of the Clinical Program at CMHS/UAEU, contributing significantly to academic and clinical development in the field.

With extensive expertise in reproductive medicine, his clinical and research interests focus on endometriosis, adenomyosis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and minimally invasive gynecological surgery. He is internationally recognized for advancing the understanding, diagnosis, and management of complex gynecological disorders, and has contributed to regional and international clinical guidelines, particularly through his work with ASEA.

Professor Al-Jefout has published widely in high-impact peer-reviewed journals, delivered numerous invited lectures worldwide, and supervised many postgraduate students. His research also emphasizes women’s reproductive health in the Arab world, highlighting quality of life, psychosocial aspects, and diagnostic challenges, especially among women affected by endometriosis.

Through his academic, clinical, and research contributions, Professor Al-Jefout continues to play a pivotal role in shaping modern gynecological practice across the Middle East and beyond.

Dr. Nafea AlYasi completed his MBBS at United Arab Emirates University, followed by the Arab Board in Pediatrics and a fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology. Dr. AlYasi practices at Mediclinic City Hospital and Mediclinic Parkview Hospital in Dubai. His clinical interests include celiac disease, inflammatory bowel disease, failure to thrive, and pediatric obesity-related liver disease. He is actively involved in public education through media and lectures, and has a strong interest in research, particularly in celiac disease screening and multidisciplinary approaches to pediatric gastrointestinal disorders. 

Dr. Rasha Ahmed El Badawi Abd Elhafeez Mohamed is an experienced Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine Specialist with over 15 years of clinical expertise across Egypt and the UAE. She earned her M.B.B.CH from Ain Shams University in 2004 and a Master’s degree in Dermatology from Suez Canal University in 2013. Dr. Rasha has worked in leading hospitals and aesthetic centers, gaining extensive experience in medical and cosmetic dermatology. Her expertise includes injectables, laser treatments, and advanced skin rejuvenation procedures. Currently practicing in Abu Dhabi, she is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while staying updated through continuous professional development and international conferences. 

Dr. Shahd Faisal Fouad Alaila is a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. She obtained her MBBS from Dubai Medical College and is a Member of the Arab Board in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She completed her residency at Al Ain Hospital and currently works within SEHA CLINICS .Dr. Shahd has extensive experience in managing high-risk pregnancies, gynecological conditions, and emergency obstetric care. She is actively involved in clinical audits, research, and guideline development. She has received recognition for excellence in performance and contributes to community awareness, particularly in cervical cancer prevention. 

Steve Holt trained in London and did most of his renal training at The Royal Free Hospital, London, UK. During this time he was an MRC training fellow, completing a PhD looking at oxidant stress in renal pathology. From 2001-2010 he was Consultant Nephrologist, Hon. Senior Lecturer and Clinical Director of Research at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals, Sussex, UK. He moved to Australia in 2010 and was Nephrologist at Eastern Health, Victoria and Professor of Nephrology at EH Clinical School, Monash University. In 2013 he was appointed Director of Nephrology at The Royal Melbourne Hospital and Clinical Professor at the University of Melbourne. In Jan 2020 Steve was appointed as CEO and Professor-Director SEHA Kidney Care, SEHA Abu Dhabi. His major research interests are in cardiovascular pathology, mineral trafficking, home dialysis therapies and HIV renal disease. He has co-authored a number of guidelines and has numerous other peer reviewed publications. 

Dr. Syeda Fatima is a Family Medicine Specialist with over five years of experience at SEHA. She is MRCGP (International) in family medicine and a Postgraduate Diploma in Diabetes Care. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Health, she focuses on preventive care and communicable disease control. In her current role, she is actively involved in tuberculosis management, including Directly Observed Therapy (DOT) for pulmonary TB patients, promoting adherence and improving outcomes. She plays a key role in communicable disease prevention at the only disease control clinic in the Abu Dhabi region, contributing to public health surveillance and response. Dr.Fatima is committed to integrating primary care with public health approaches and is passionate about advancing community health through evidence based preventive strategies and frontline clinical practice.
