His professional interests include paediatric allergy and child development. Dr. Iffat Elbarazi is an Associate Professor and Director of the Health Education Research Unit at UAE University. With over 25 years of international experience, she specializes in qualitative research, health promotion, and patient-centered care. She has authored over 100 publications and is ranked among the top 2% of globally cited scientists. Her work focuses on health behaviors, mental health, women’s health, and health literacy. Dr. Elbarazi actively leads research projects, secures funding, and mentors students across all levels. She is a UNESCO Chair representative and a Fellow of the UK Faculty of Public Health, contributing to global health initiatives. Dr. Jamal Alamiri, MD, is a Staff Consultant Urologist at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s Integrated Surgical Institute, specializing in minimally invasive and robotic urologic surgery. He previously served as a Staff Urologist at Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, where he was involved in complex patient care, clinical research, and clinical trials. Dr. Alamiri completed his residency and fellowship training at Mayo Clinic in endourology and robotic surgery. He is the first Emirati American Board–Certified Urologist. His academic work includes multiple peer-reviewed publications and international presentations. His clinical interests include minimally invasive management of benign urologic conditions and uro-oncology.
